- LNAs provide compassionate care to our patients across a variety of dynamic inpatient units and outpatient clinics.
- Inpatient LNAs are eligible for a sign-on bonus (up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus. Lebanon campus only)* and have options for full-time days, nights, or rotating shifts.
- Generous Shift Differentials for Nights (15%) and Weekends (20%).
- Outpatient LNAs are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus (Monday – Friday, day positions with holidays off).
* Sign-on Bonuses are pro-rated for part-time

- Upon completion, you can sit for the NH State LNA license exam.
- Trainees in this program are also eligible for a $5,000 sign-on Bonus for Lebanon campus roles.

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pathway
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) can work across various medical and surgical inpatient units, including: pediatrics, the Emergency Department, the Birthing Pavilion, and Critical Care.
- Education partners are River Valley Community College and Vermont State University.
Dartmouth Health employees have options that include access to scholarship funds, tuition reimbursement, and paid learning time.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) Pathway
- Education partners include New Hampshire’s Community College System, Vermont State University and Rivier University.
